Ramos Parkade Maintenance Covid Update

January 17, 2022

At this time, we are coming up to the second anniversary of living amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic. As cases are increasing at an alarming rate due to the Omicron variant and a second wave of lockdowns is nearing, we would like to take this time to update our clients on our COVID procedures that we have been practicing since the beginning of the pandemic and will continue to practice in response to these unprecedented times.

Currently, all of our employees are fully vaccinated by choice and are on track for their boosters. Additionally, we have been lucky thus far since none of our employees have been diagnosed with COVID.

Due to the nature of the services we offer, our employees are able to complete our servicing from start to finish contactless. The only exception to this is if the property requires us to pick up the keys/fob for the building, which happens seldomly.

While providing our main services of: Pressure Washing, Vac Truck Service, and Hydro jetting, we normally recommend practicing social distancing as being too close to our technicians typically hinders our work process and is unsafe. In addition, our technicians often operate in large, open areas such as parking lots with built in ventilation. Lastly, the purpose of our visit is to clean and sanitize the area which eliminates our trace.

In addition to practicing social distancing, our technicians are required to wear masks and protective eyewear at all times while on a job site in order to keep them safe from debris that might be kicked up. Gloves and hand sanitizer are provided in each of the service vehicles and technicians are encouraged to use them frequently — especially due to the type of material we work with.

We do require that if an employee is showing symptoms of COVID-19, they are required to stay home and get a PCR test.

Our goal at Ramos Parkade Maintenance is to continue to provide high quality services, while keeping our employees and our communities safe. If you have any questions regarding our COVID-19 protocols, feel free to reach out to our office and we would be happy to go over in more detail.
